Atlanta Charity Clays Aims High to Support PowerUP

I’m proud to share an exciting update: PowerUP was recently honored as a beneficiary of the 2022 Atlanta Charity Clays charity event.

The benefit began on March 16, where I attended their kick-off party at the Foundry at Puritan Mill in Atlanta with PowerUP co-founder Mike Gandy Auzenne and Kevin Hixson, board director. On Thursday, sponsors enjoyed sporting clays, and the tournament was held on Friday.

Since its creation in 1991, the annual event has netted and contributed over 4.6 million dollars to Atlanta area children’s causes. We are thankful to have been included this year. Other recipients included The Shepard Center, Camp Sunshine, and Hope Thrives. What a unique and fun way to support organizations doing good in Atlanta!

It was wonderful to meet the Atlanta Charity Clays team, tournament participants, and sponsors earlier this month. Being an ACC beneficiary will allow us to mentor even more kids. Thank you to Atlanta Charity Clays, the participants, and sponsors for helping PowerUP.
